These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ph68.club and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on the ph68 platform.
ph68 is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. Account registration requires valid government-issued Philippine ID verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended and all balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ph68. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, will void the bonus and may result in account closure.
Withdrawals are processed only to accounts verified in the player's own name. ph68 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Standard GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within five minutes.
ph68 operates under PAGCOR authorization. All disputes are governed by Philippine law. By registering, you acknowledge that this platform operates within the Philippine legal framework for online gaming.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph68 login credentials. ph68 will never ask for your password. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to our support team.

Access to and use of the ph68 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph68 enforces this requirement through mandatory government-issued Philippine ID verification prior to the activation of any real-money account.
The ph68 platform is operated and regulated under Philippine law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph68 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ph68: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, directors, and immediate family members of ph68 or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been subject to a self-exclusion order through ph68 or PAGCOR; (d) individuals who have been barred from gaming venues or online gaming platforms by court order or regulatory direction.
To open a ph68 account, you must complete the online registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. ph68 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the ph68 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph68 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances reviewed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph68 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN issued to your registered mobile number. ph68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph68 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
ph68 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Driver's License. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functions suspended.
ph68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. ph68 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. ph68 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ph68 accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by ph68 within the timeframes set out below: GCash and PayMaya — within five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal amounts; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. ph68 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above PHP 50,000 per transaction, which may extend processing times.
ph68 does not process deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts registered in a name other than the ph68 account holder's verified name. Any such transactions detected will be returned to the originating account, subject to applicable transaction fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph68 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ph68 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions for each promotion are set out in the promotion's specific terms. Contributions from certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain low-margin slot titles — may be reduced or excluded.
ph68 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; (b) using coordinated wagering strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk; (c) making deposits solely for the purpose of triggering bonuses without genuine gaming intent. ph68 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
ph68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of credit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph68 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ph68 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of ph68 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph68 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the ph68 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph68.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph68 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ph68 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious software.
ph68's total liability to any player in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph68 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if ph68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may close your ph68 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable transaction charges from your payment provider. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
ph68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) multiple account operation; (e) bonus abuse; (f) conduct that ph68 reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other players.
Where an account is terminated by ph68 for breach of these Terms, ph68 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including Real Money Funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the verified account holder.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal written complaint to ph68 support at [email protected]. ph68 commits to responding to formal complaints within ten (10) calendar days. Where a dispute relates to ph68's PAGCOR licence conditions, players may also escalate to PAGCOR through its official complaints channel.
ph68 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that materially alter player rights or obligations — will be communicated by email to the address registered on your account at least fourteen (14) calendar days before taking effect.
Continued use of the ph68 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
